- Full Refunds: Available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Defective or damaged products qualify anytime—contact us with photos for a swift resolution.
- Exchanges: Swap for a different size/color/style within 30 days; we'll cover return shipping for defects.
- Non-Refundable: Personalized items, final-sale products (marked as such), or items damaged by misuse.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@ellisedge.net with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label (for eligible cases).
- Once received and inspected (within 7 business days), process your refund to the original payment method—typically within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we offset returns with carbon-neutral practices. International returns? We'll guide you through customs-friendly steps.
